Gain 2 cup sizes overnight!
Oct. 23rd, 2012 08:18 pmA significant majority of my posts lately have required the stupid dalek icon. I wonder what that says about me. Today's foolishness involves the fact that I apparently don't know how to put on a bra.
If you know me in person, you know I spend a lot of time poking about on bra blogs and trying to figure out the right brand, fit, etc. I also spend a lot of time talking about breasts, primarily because they end up making my back sore in new and exciting ways on a regular basis. I found out that plus-four is garbage about 5 years ago, which helped immensely (reference material: http://busts4justice.com/2011/06/09/bra-fitting-why-are-companies-still-adding-4/).
And yet, somehow, it wasn't till last night that I figured out that you're supposed to scoop that squishy bit of breast tissue that hangs out on your side into the cup. Doing this made the band and underwire way more comfortable and seriously decreased back pain (at least today). Unfortunately, it also means that I am dangerously close to overflowing my 36G Curvy Kates (really a 38FF for a lot of other brands, cause CK is weird, and something like a US H or I), which are actually too big for me in the band anyhow.
So now I'm a GG? H? and nothing fits me at all, but my back isn't quite as sore.
In news unrelated to the enormity of my chest, apples stewed in OJ, molasses and honey are really, really delicious. Omnomnom.
