Whee, I'm up!

Why am I up? Because the screaming heebie jeebies won't let me sleep - that's why. Tonight's sources of anxiety include potentially helping a friend move to Milwaukee, possibly imaginary relationship woes and my work load, or rather my inability to meet full quota these days. Why am I posting? Because a scan of last year's depression charting says I was getting a version of this around late January in 2009, and depression charting doesn't work if you don't write things down.

I did have a pretty good mid-December holiday fest, all depression issues aside. Hope you folks did also!
