Lentil cupcakes may not be the future

Big container: Jasmine rice with cumin seeds, frozen dal tadka (red lentil puree with mango powder and seasoned oil), basil leaves.
Lower left: Baby bok choy and onion salad with vinegar and soy sauce dressing, bit of mango (it makes it festive!)
Upper left: Lemon-yogurt cheese cake, sugared strawberries
